Ivie - Nursery Manager & Safeguarding Lead
Ivie arrived at New Stepping Stones 10 years ago and began her journey to become our manager. Her focus is in helping children develop their emerging mathematical skills and supporting each child to lay a strong foundation for ongoing learning.
A qualified SENCO with 16 years of experience in childcare, Kirsty is passionate about creating inclusive learning environments that support every child’s unique needs. She also runs weekly Yogini’s classes, promoting mindfulness and well-being through movement.

Vanessa joined New Stepping Stones in June 2024. Her calm, reassuring approach helps children feel safe, supported, and confident to explore. With a passion for arts and crafts, she sparks creativity through fun, hands-on activities.
